នារសៀលថ្ងៃពុធ ១២ កើត ខែចេត្រ ឆ្នាំរោង ឆស័ក ពុទ្ធសករាជ ២៥៦៨ ត្រូវនឹងថ្ងៃទី៩ ខែមេសា ឆ្នាំ ២០២៥ នៅវិទ្យាស្ថានសេដ្ឋកិច្ចនិងហិរញ្ញតវត្ថុ, ឯកឧត្តមនាយកវិទ្យាស្ថាន បានដឹកនាំក្រុមការងារ រួមមាន លោក លោកស្រីនាយករង, លោកប្រធាននាយកដ្ឋាន និងសហការីពាក់ព័ន្ធ ទទួលជួប លោកស្រី Irina Luca ជំនាញការនៃធនាគារពិភពលោក និងក្រុមការងារ។
ជំនួបនេះត្រូវបានធ្វើឡើងក្នុងគោលបំណងដើម្បីប្រមូលធាតុចូលលើការវាយតម្លៃការអនុវត្តប្រព័ន្ធលទ្ធកម្មសារធារណៈនៅកម្ពុជា។ ក្នុងឳកាសនោះ ឯកឧត្តមនាយកវិទ្យាស្ថានបានជម្រាបជូនប្រតិភូធនាគារពិភពលោកអំពីវឌ្ឍនភាព និងទិសដៅបន្តនៃការអនុត្តការងារកសាង និងអភិវឌ្ឍសមត្ថភាពមន្ត្រីអនុវត្តការងារហិរញ្ញវត្ថុសាធារណៈ ពិសេសមន្ត្រីទទួលបន្ទុកអនុវត្តការងារលទ្ធកម្មសាធារណៈ ទាំងក្នុងក្របខ័ណ្ឌគណៈកម្មាធិការលទ្ធកម្ម និង អង្គភាពលទ្ធកម្ម នៃអង្គភាពថវិកា របស់ក្រសួងស្ថាប័ន និងរដ្ឋបាលថ្នាក់ក្រោមជាតិ។
លោកស្រី Irina Luca បានបង្ហាញពីការសាទរ និងវាយតម្លៃខ្ពស់ចំពោះវិទ្យាស្ថានសេដ្ឋកិច្ចនិងហិរញ្ញវត្ថុ ដែលបានបំពេញបេសកកម្មដោយស្មារតីបុរេសកម្មក្នុងការអនុវត្តការងារបណ្តុះបណ្តាលជំនាញពាក់ព័ន្ធការគ្រប់គ្រងហិរញ្ញវត្ថុសាធារណៈ ស្របតាមតម្រូវការធនធានមនុស្សសម្រាប់ការកែទម្រង់ការគ្រប់គ្រងហិរញ្ញវត្ថុសាធារណៈ។ លោកស្រី បានបញ្ជាក់បន្ថែមថាធនាគារពិភពលោកនឹងបន្តចូលរួមគាំទ្រសកម្មភាពនៃការកសាង និងអភិវឌ្ឍសមត្ថភាព ពិសេសវគ្គបណ្តុះបណ្តាលជំនាញបច្ចេកទេសកម្រិតវិញ្ញាបនបត្រផ្សារភ្ជាប់មុខតំណែង លើជំនាញលទ្ធកម្មសាធារណៈ និងជំនាញពាក់ព័ន្ធដែលរៀបចំដោយវិទ្យាស្ថានសេដ្ឋកិច្ចនិងហិតញ្ញវត្ថុ នៃក្រសួងសេដ្ឋកិច្ចនិងហិរញ្ញវត្ថុ។

On Wednesday afternoon, April 9th, 2025, at the Economics and Finance Institution, His Excellency the Director of the Institute led a working group including Deputy Directors, Department Heads, and relevant colleagues to meet with Ms. Irina Luca, a World Bank expert, and her working group. The meeting was held to gather input on the assessment of the implementation of the public procurement system in Cambodia.
On that occasion, His Excellency the Director of the Institute informed the World Bank delegation about the progress and future directions of the capacity building of the public finance officials, especially officials in charge of public procurement, both within the framework of the Procurement Committee and the Procurement Unit of the Budget entities of the line ministries, and sub-national administrations.
Ms. Irina Luca expressed her appreciation for the Economics and Finance Institution, which has fulfilled its mission with a proactive spirit in implementing training related to public financial management in accordance with the human resource needs for public financial management reform. Furthermore, she added that the World Bank will continue to support capacity building activities, especially the Technical Medium-term Certificate Courses linkage to position of the public finance officials “Certificate Program on public procurement skills and related skills organized by the Economics and Finance Institute of the Ministry of Economy and Finance.
